Your appointment is very important to us and that time has been reserved especially for you. We respectfully request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
For your convenience we confirm appointments 24 hours in advance.
Should you need to reschedule, you may do so during your confirmation.
A cancellation fee of 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Missed appointments or "no shows" are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.
Salon Kiklo does not offer refunds on any services. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we offer a correction at no charge within 14 days of the original appointment.
A credit card number is required to schedule appointments for any service. A 50% payment is required for Hair Extensions.
